At approx. 445pm on 122715 NCFDs Engine 1 was requested to assist our Brothers in Wilton for a working house fire. Upon arrive of Engine 1 the Wilton FD had the bulk of the fire knocked down in a 2 story private dwelling. Crews had a difficult time getting to the seat of the fire to to the layout of the home. NCFD assisted with salvage and overhaul along with Wilton and Westport FD. No one was injured during the blaze and all firefighters returned to their respective stations safe and sound
